What’s New in Podium: February 2023

Welcome back to What’s New in Podium for February 2023. We’ve been busy building several exciting new feature releases that will come out in March, so stay tuned! Until then, here are a couple quick updates from February.
Payments users can now set up recurring charges
You can now use Podium Payments to power your recurring revenue–installment plans, subscription services, membership models, and more.
Recurring payments are an expected part of the modern customer experience. This enhancement allows you to schedule recurring charges to a customer’s card on file, so you can build consistent revenue streams and save substantial amounts of time collecting payment for regular services.

See your billing and subscription information in Podium
Starting now, Account Owners have access to the Billing &amp; Plans screen within Settings.
In Billing and Plans, Account Owners are able to view details of your Podium plan, view your invoice history and download invoices, and–if you are paying with a credit card–you can update your billing information.
