Previously, when you and a customer exchanged emails, each reply showed up as a separate message in their inbox—making it harder to follow the conversation. Now, replies are grouped together in a single email thread, just like they expect.
Here’s what’s new:
- Replies stay neatly organized in the same email thread
- Conversations are easier to follow on both ends
- A more professional and familiar experience for your customers
This update applies automatically—no setup needed. Just send emails like normal and enjoy cleaner, more connected conversations.
Dual-Path Audio Control
Now you can configure separate audio output devices for different stages of a call.
For example, a user can set ringing alerts to play through desktop speakers while the actual call audio routes through a headset. This provides greater flexibility and ensures users don’t miss incoming calls, even if they’re not wearing their headset, while maintaining clear, private audio during active conversations.
Hot Leads List (Auto Only)
If you get a high volume of leads but engagement can be low – this will be a game changer. With these new views, you can see:
- Hot Leads: Leads active within the last 4 hours
- Engaged Leads: Lead has responded to communication/messages
- Non-engaged Leads: Lead has yet to respond to communication/messages
Calendar Invite for Test Drives Set (Auto Only)
When your AI agent schedules a test drive, now they’ll get a calendar invite sent so they can add it to either their favorite calendar app. This creates a sense of commitment which increases the likelihood of the show rate for the test drive.
Bulk Messages: Real-time Audience Breakdowns
Know your true reach before you hit “Send”. A live audience breakdown now shows exactly how many contacts make it into—and out of—every bulk message.
You now have a visible view to see counts (and reasons) for contacts excluded because they:
- Got another bulk message recently

Call Queues
