We’re always working to make Podium more powerful and personalised for your business. For years, you’ve been able to send emails directly from Podium, but many of you told us there was one major improvement you wanted: the ability to send and receive emails from your own email addresses.
We’re thrilled to announce that this highly requested feature is here! You can now connect your own email address—whether it’s Gmail or Outlook—to use in Podium.

Connect your email address today by navigating to <a href="https://app.podium.com/account/settings/leads/contact-form-leads">Settings &gt; Lead Sources &gt; Email</a>. You’ll be prompted to connect your Gmail or Outlook account. If you previously connected your email address for our 3rd party leads integration, you’ll need to connect again to give Podium access to send outbound emails. 
Once connected, you’ll be able to tailor which inbound emails appear in your Podium Inbox—filtering out irrelevant messages while focusing on customer communication that matters most.
