Pause AI for Smoother Human Handoffs
Take full control of AI-assisted conversations with the new Pause AI option. When your AI employee is assigned to a conversation, a Pause AI control now appears in the message composer, allowing you to temporarily pause their participation whenever you need to step in.
When paused, your AI employee is automatically unassigned from the conversation to prevent them from jumping back in while a human is responding. You can then choose to either resume AI assistance, reassigning your AI employee to continue helping, or stop AI involvement entirely to keep the conversation under full human control.
This update ensures a smoother and more predictable handoff between AI and human responses, giving teams the flexibility to manage customer interactions without interruption or confusion. This update is included with Jerry 2.0, and your account manager will be in touch to discuss.
